Order
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible (care@didamie.com). Provided we have not already dispatched the order, we will happily adjust your order as requested.Once it has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to make any adjustments to your order.
Please note: If you have ordered a Personalised Belt, we unfortunately cannot accept any changes (colour, size or stud selection) to personalised products after the order has been placed.
You can track your order in “Your Account” or reach out to our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com - please include your order number).
If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com). We will happily adjust your delivery address provided we have not yet dispatched your order. Once it has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to make any adjustments to your order.
Shipping & returns
We currently only ship within the EU. Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout depending on the size of your order and delivery location.
We aim to expand delivery to further locations in the coming months.
We want you to love your Didamie purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Exclusions: Personalized or Custom Products: Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized belts, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to return any Didamie items, please contact our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com - please include order number) to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Whilst we uphold the highest quality production and handling processes, accidents happen. If . If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com) with relevant photos (damaged item and/or packaging) and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment
We currently accept card payments, Paypal and Gift Cards. We are working on expanding our payment options.
Our store uses Shopify's secure checkout system, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to protect your sensitive information. All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring that your data is safe. We never store your full payment details on our servers, adding an extra layer of protection. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is secure with us.
We do not offer instalment as a payment option.
My Account
No, you can place an order as a Guest (Guest checkout - no account creation required). However, we recommend creating an account for a smoother shopping experience. With an account, you can:
- Save your shipping and payment details for faster checkout.
- Easily track your orders and view your purchase history.
- Get the latest Didamie news and exclusive offers.
Creating an account is quick and easy, and it ensures you don’t miss out on exclusive offers!
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these simple steps:
- Click the "Log In" button at the top of our website.
- Select "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit."
- Check your email for a password reset link. It may take a few minutes to arrive, and don't forget to check your spam folder.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Personalisation
Didamie Personalisation is covered in three main steps:
- Select your colour (leather belt): We currently only offer Black as an option but we are expanding options in the near future
- Select your size
- Select your Studs: Choose six studs to be added to your belt from our current collection (see Our Studs for more). Each stud has a unique design and symbolism. You may select six of the same studs or six different studs, or any combination in between.

As a business dedicated to crafting unique, custom-made items, we begin production immediately to ensure timely delivery. Gift Cards
You can purchase a gift card via our gift card page.
Yes, of course! Gift cards can be used on any of our products, including personalised items. They're a great way to let your loved ones create something truly unique for themselves.
For the debut collection, gift cards expire will after March 31st 2025.

Sustainability & Care
Didamie belts are made from soft, Italian, full-bodied calf leather and finished with a soft nubuck lining. All our hardware is made of zamack metal with an elegant gold finish.
